Data Deletion Request

VV Industrial Automation respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of data we may hold, including any data processed through a WhatsApp Business Platform or other messaging integration we operate.

How to request deletion

Email us at info@vvindustrialautomation.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Tell us the phone number, email, or account the request relates to, so we can identify the relevant data.
If you are contacting us about data tied to one of our business clients (for example, messages you exchanged with a business we provide an integration for), let us know which business, so we can route the request to the correct data controller.

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete verified deletion within 30 days, except where we are required by law, tax rules, or platform-provider obligations to retain certain records. Where we process data on behalf of a business client, we will coordinate the deletion with that client as the data controller.

What gets deleted

Personal data we hold that is associated with your request and is no longer required for a lawful purpose.
Messaging data (such as message content and contact details) processed through an integration we operate, subject to the controlling client's instructions and any mandatory retention.

Your rights

Under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and raise a grievance. Where we process data on behalf of a business client (the Data Fiduciary), we will forward your request to that client and assist in responding. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
